HALL OF FAME
Oklahoma Quarter Horse Hall of Fame was created in 2005 to recognize the horses, ranches and people who have made an outstanding contribution to the industry over a period of years. They have brought exceptional visibility and/or contribution to the American Quarter Horse in the state of Oklahoma. Additionally, OQHA names the recipient of the Bud Breeding Oklahoma Sprit Award to an individual who exemplifies the spirit of Oklahoma Western Heritage.
Hall of Fame inductees are chosen each year by a selection committee and are honored at Oklahoma Quarter Horse Association’s annual convention in January.

Each year, the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Association and the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association seek nominations for the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Hall of Fame.
